1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
For the purpose of this “Privacy Policy”, the following terms are used:
1.1.1. “Administration of the website of “Listelli” company” (hereinafter – the “Administration of the website”) means employees authorised to manage the website https://listelli.ua/, who organise and carry out processing of personal data, who determine purpose of processing personal data, a set of personal data to be processed, as well as actions or operations that are performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or designated individual (the User of the company “Listelli” website), which he lefts on the website https://listelli.ua/.
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed by the Administration of the website Listelli (website: https://listelli.ua/) using automation equipment or without usage of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means a mandatory requirement for compliance with the Administration of the website Listelli (website: https://listelli.ua/) or other persons who have access to personal data to prevent distribution of data without the consent of personal data subject or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. “User of the website of “Listelli” company” (hereinafter –) means a person who has access to the website https://listelli.ua/ via Internet and using the website of “Listelli” company.
1.1.6. “Cookies” means a piece of data that is being sending by a web server and stores on a computer of the website User, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP-request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. “IP-address” means a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using TCP/IP protocol.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1. Usage by the website User of the Listelli website (https://listelli.ua/) means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of personal data by the website User
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Website user must stop using the website “Listelli” (https://listelli.ua/).
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the company “Listelli” (https://listelli.ua/). The administration of the website does not control and is not responsible for websites of third parties to which the website User can follow through the links available on the company’s website.
2.4. The website administration does not verify correctness of the personal data provided, having confidence that the website User acts in good faith, carefully and makes all the necessary efforts to keep such information up to date and to obtain all the necessary consents for its use.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes obligations of the website Administration to not disclose and ensure the protection mode of the Privacy of personal data, which the Website User provides about himself using the online forms and software modules of the web site, including name, phone number and e-mail address.

3.3. 6. TERM OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1. Personal data of the website User is stored permanently on the electronic media of the website.
6.2. Personal data of the website User will be destroyed if the website user express such wish on the basis of his request or on initiative of the Administration of the website without explanations by deleting by the Administration of the website all information posted by the website User.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The website User is obliged to:
7.1.1. Provide information about personal data, which is required to use the website of the “Listelli” company (https://listelli.ua/).
7.1.2. Update and complement the information provided on personal data in the event of a change in this information.
7.2. Website administration is obliged to:
7.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2.2. To ensure storage of confidential information in secret, not to disclose it without prior written permission of the Website User, and also not to sell, exchange, distribute or disclose by any other possible ways the transfer of personal data of the Website User, except for clause 5.2. this Privacy Policy.
7.2.3. Take safety measures to protect the privacy of the Website User’s data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and also from other illegal actions of third parties according to the procedure, which is usually used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover.
7.2.4. To block personal data related to the relevant Website User, from the moment of contacting or requesting the Website User or his legal representative or an authorised authority for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case if any unreliable personal data or unlawful actions was detected.
8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. The website administration is liable for damages that the Website User has incurred due to the unlawful use of his personal data according to the legislation of Ukraine, except as provided for in paragraphs 5.2. and 8.2. this Privacy Policy.
8.2. The administration of the website is not responsible in case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, if the information:
Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
Was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the website.
Was disclosed with the consent of the Website User.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. Before submitting a lawsuit, ascending from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, to a court, it is mandatory to file a claim: a written proposal for a voluntary clearance of the dispute, which has to be sent to the address specified in the “Contacts” section (https://listelli.ua/kontakty/) on the website https://listelli.ua/ of the “Listelli” company.
9.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date when the claim was received, notifies the claimant in written form about the results of the review of the claim.
9.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.4. Current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration.
10. ADDITIONAL TERMS
10.1. This Privacy Policy may be changed or terminated by the Website Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the Website User. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the website https://listelli.ua/ of the company “Listelli”, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
10.2. The current Privacy Policy is available on the “Privacy Policy” page (https://listelli.ua/privacy-policy/) at https://listelli.ua/ of the “Listelli” company.
